Fleetham Feast 2011
A successful day was enjoyed by large crowds from surrounding villages and further afield. The day stayed clear of showers although the clouds looked dark at times. There was lots to see in the marquee, an arena packed with happenings, sideshows to browse and afternoon teas and the Piggin Inn to quench the thirst. The prizewinning rat says it all about our celebrations this year - 110 years of the Feast together with our special celebrity guests, unfortunately only of cardboard!
Kirkby Fleetham Feast continues to be an event put on
for the community, by the community, keeping rural traditions alive.
